Bring to Your Team

Today’s teams need more than productivity tools — they need emotional intelligence, resilience, and meaningful connection. We offer creative tools for stress management, team building, and innovative problem solving.

The Write Therapy workshop is designed to help you and your team discover your inner rhythm: the unique “music” that inspires and guides you toward greater productivity within a collaborative community. Through this experience, you'll unlock hidden passions, tap into latent talents, and uncover new growth opportunities. At the same time, you'll build essential skills and develop confidence through practical, empowering exercises.

I left the Write Therapy workshop with a deeper appreciation of myself and the role I will continue to play in all areas of my life where I show up. I felt a greater sense of connection to my higher purpose and a renewed energy to grow and give. With guidance and instruction, it helped me to tap into my creative energy where I was able to consciously and unconsciously find words to complete my mind maps. Words that when I look back at the work, I wasn’t aware were floating around inside of me but remain eternally grateful I was able to identify and express them.

Founder, ABWilson Consulting, Bermuda

The theme of the Write Therapy workshop resonated deeply and allowed me to reflect on the crucial differences between self-compassion and self-esteem. The use of quotes to inspire and provoke reflection was particularly inspiring, adding depth to the workshop. Additionally, the mind mapping exercises provided me with a valuable tool to use in my personal journey going forward. We concluded the session with affirmations that helped solidify the entire experience, leaving me feeling empowered and grounded.

Excellent and powerful workshop! The space is not only conducive for deep-sea diving within oneself, but also for bearing witness to other dynamic [people] doing the same. This is a space to come as you are, and create your path -- as you would like to see it!

This workshop was one of the most pleasant, rewarding, validating, soul-nourishing experiences I have had in a while. I found so many of the prompts, the awesome quotes, and the generous sharing in the safe, intelligent space of this workshop to be a boon ... for my emotional wellness, for my life and for my work. So grateful for this wonderful experience.

During those seven weeks, my mom transitioned…. I was grieving in real time — and this grief retreat held me through it. Not with platitudes. Not with “it’ll be okay.” Not with advice. But with presence. If you are carrying grief — fresh or old, loud or quiet — and you want a place where your experience will be honored, not minimized… this group is a gift. For me, it truly was answered prayer. Grief deserves community. Grief deserves language. Grief deserves room to breathe. And so do you.

The Power of Narrative Therapy

Research in narrative psychology and expressive writing shows that translating experience into language helps the brain process emotion, reduce overwhelm, and create meaning. When we write intentionally, we interrupt reactive patterns and create space for reflection, insight, and conscious choice. The Write Therapy blends contemplative practice, storytelling, and guided inquiry to help participants gently reframe their lived experiences — from the inside out.
And what you understand, you can change.

Our Mission

The Write Therapy creates structured, supportive spaces where writing, movement and creativity become tools for healing and growth. Through guided prompts, reflection exercises, and shared dialogue, participants safely explore their inner narratives, release emotional weight, and cultivate self-awareness. No writing experience is required — only openness and curiosity.
